Tactile Design Group - A full service creative agency in Philadelphia

About >> Our Principles

Bringing Customers Back for More.

Customer loyalty is the keystone to modern success. We grab your clients' attention with designs that transcend the noise and clutter of today's marketplace. Then we keep them coming back for more.

Our designs stimulate the minds and touch the souls of your clients. Designs so shiny they can't look away; so crisp they want to take a bite; so comfy they want to run around barefoot in them.

We believe that design and technology are intrinsically linked in the current economy, but we know that not everyone has the time or desire to become a computer nerd. Technology works best when it's intuitive and transparently designed with the end users' needs in mind.

We also know that every user is different and needs different things: a front end customer needs an attractive and intuitive interface; a back end administrator needs a reliable and robust toolset; and a CEO needs concise and intelligent reports.

TACTILE DESIGN is about making a real connection between you and your customers.

About >> Our Process

Keeping You in Touch.

From start to finish our design process is a fully collaborative effort.

Our process begins with a conversation so we can fully understand you and your company. Your company is your fingerprint - there isn't another one out there anywhere that's exactly like yours.

Next we develop a proposal that's custom-tailored to you and your business needs. We love cookies but we hate cookie cutter solutions, so you'll never catch us trying to stuff round pegs into square holes.

We'll keep you in touch with the ongoing life and success of your project by supplying training, custom written software manuals, or a set of reports for tracking sales and site visits. Whatever you need, we'll give you the tools necessary to keep up with your clients and keep you ahead of the competition.

We keep in touch with our clients so they can keep in touch with theirs.
